The Ministerial Council for Development, during its meeting yesterday, at the Ministry of Presidential Affairs in Abu Dhabi, headed by His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, reviewed the system of governance of the Food and Agriculture Organization file, aimed at organizing the roles of federal entities contributing to organized initiatives and activities Food and Agriculture, strengthening the role of the state as a major player and a leading contributor to the Food and Agriculture Organization, and enabling the various competent authorities at the federal level to play their role directly, within the various bodies, organizations and treaties emanating from FAO.

The Council discussed the issuance of a decision on the system of non-governmental institutions to rehabilitate people of determination, to unify the systems of services provided in these institutions, and raise the efficiency of educational, social and psychological services and rehabilitation for people of determination, and taking into account the services for their individual needs, and their enjoyment of high-quality rehabilitation, education and training services, which is reflected in their societal and psychological stability In addition to integrating them into the social fabric, in a way that leads to social cohesion and cohesion, which welcomes diversity in capabilities, capabilities and tolerance for people of different physical, mental and sensory potentials.

During its session also on organizational affairs, the Council reviewed the recommendations and future actions recommended in accordance with the report of the mutual evaluation of the state, while the Council also reviewed, during the session, a number of government reports and national files, which included the report of the Audit Bureau, on the final account of each of the authority General Pensions and Social Security, the United Arab Emirates Central Bank, the Emirates Investment Authority and the Federal Nuclear Supervision Authority for the fiscal year 2018.

The Council also reviewed the general report of tolerance, the most important results of achieving its initiatives, and the indicators achieved through it, in addition to a number of topics and proposals listed on the agenda.
