Patient No. 24 is a Wuhan citizen who returned to the charter last month.

A 28-year-old male who stayed at the Asan Police Talent Development Center, a temporary living facility, showed infection symptoms such as runny nose and sore throat.

The National Medical Center says it has a sore throat, but it is not uncomfortable to walk and no CT findings have been confirmed.

Health officials believe the patient is likely infected before the charter in Wuhan, China.

[Eun-Kyung Chung / Head of Disease Control Division: I think it is very likely that you are infected in Wuhan right now.]

Patient No. 24 is the co-worker of patient No. 13, the first confirmed Korean citizen of Wuhan who returned home on charter.

Currently, there are two more residents working in the same workplace with these two patients.

[Eun-Kyung Chung / Director of Disease Control Division: We have to keep monitoring, because we are from the most dangerous area… At the end of containment, we will proceed to verify that the test is negative and restore it.]

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Chung Se-kyun said at a meeting with medical group leaders that the incubation period could be an important watershed, and he could make a serious decision on the direction of prevention tomorrow.
