AS Rome can not do it any more: beaten 4-2 by Sassuolo last week, the team of the capital once again fell heavily at home against Bologna, which won 3-2 at the start of the 23rd day of Serie A.

Two weeks ago, Roma came out of the Derby frustrated with Lazio, who were overpowered but ended in a 1-1 draw. Curiously, this very good performance did not give momentum to the club giallorosso, on the contrary.

Since then, Paulo Fonseca's team has therefore lost two matches, conceding seven goals in the process. Roma remain 5th, with the same number of points as Atalanta Bergamo (4th), who will face Fiorentina on Saturday.

Bologna, meanwhile, temporarily climbs to 6th place, six lengths from its victim of the day.

The team of Sinisa Mihajlovic, present on the bench after being released from the hospital Thursday following a new series of treatments for his leukemia, clearly dominated the first period, scoring two goals by Orsolini (16th) and Barrow (26th) .

Meanwhile, Roma had equalized with a goal against their Denswil camp (22nd) but the giallorossi were suffering.

Barrow showed it again by scoring the 3-1 goal five minutes after the start of the second period. Roma then finally took the match in hand and logically scored by Mkhytarian (72).

But Cristante was sent off in stride and 10 to 11, the Romans failed to equalize, despite several occasions.
