- Nobody cared about us for four years. But one day the authorities decided to shut everyone down. They needed to prove that they had everything under control and to stop all crime, says Carlo Emme, founder and band booker on Plan B.

"Do the exact same thing"

After several trips back and forth, Plan B finally met the authorities' demands to make their business legal. The rock club has obtained alcohol licenses, order guards and completely renovated the new premises according to the authorities guidelines.

Carlo Emme personally does not think that the difference between acting illegally or legally is particularly large.

- The only difference between being illegal or legal for us, is that when we did not have permission, we could not be controlled. Now we can be controlled, says Carlo Emme and continues:

- We do the exact same thing. Now the authorities have raised our status and we are doing our best based on that status.
