Pompeo appreciated the agreement on the exchange of ambassadors with Belarus

Earlier, Belarusian Foreign Minister Vladimir Makei said that Minsk and Washington reached an understanding in cooperation in many areas following the talks between Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko and US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo.

He noted that the development of relations will be facilitated by the return of ambassadors to the capitals of the two countries after a break of 12 years.
