"There are people who should not have animals"

During Friday's visit to Öland, Rural Minister Jennie Nilsson (S) answered questions about UG's disclosure of poorly fed cows from a dairy farm, where cows were among other things in their own faeces.

- We should not have this kind of bad business in Sweden and we must constantly ensure that we get rid of the bad business, she says and continues.

- Even though we already have good penalties for taking care of animals and placing animal owners with animal bans, we are currently investigating whether we need other penalties.
