The second penal section of the Cassation has declared inadmissible the appeals of the defense against the 2018 judgment by the Court of Appeal of Rome which declared Spada responsible for an extortion, aggravated by the mafia method, against a tobacconist from 25 thousand euros leavened to 270 thousand.
