The Public Prosecution Office in Dubai charged an Asian worker with a felony of indecent assault of a child (8 years old), and referred him to the criminal court that started his trial.
A witness from Dubai Police stated that the child's uncle grabbed the accused, and it was found that the child was playing on his bike and it broke down. The accused was frightened and confused, and denied that he molested the child, indicating that he had beaten him on a sensitive area of his body without intending to offend him.
