It was on July 26 last year that the accident occurred. According to the indictment, the driver must have been driving on the wrong side of Bruksvägen in Högsjö and in connection with it had driven on a cyclist who was injured after he crashed into the windscreen with his car front end.
"As good a vision as a youth"The cyclist suffered fractures on the cervical vertebra, chest and affected by a concussion. In the evidence there is a witness who must have seen how the man drove on the wrong side of the road and that he did not have to give way to anyone or anything that appeared on the road.
The man denies crime and has stated in a police interview that a doctor said he has as good a vision as a youth.
