Toulouse is at its worst: the TFC was pitifully eliminated in the 32nd finals of the Coupe de France by fans of Saint-Pryvé Saint-Hilaire (1-0), club of National 2 (4th division), chaining a 10th defeat in a row, Saturday in the Loiret.

A goal at the last second of Carnejy Antoine came to extinguish Toulouse's ambitions, further weakening the position of coach Antoine Kombouaré, already unstable after this black series in all competitions.

The red lantern of Ligue 1, which has taken only 12 points in 19 league matches, has certainly dominated its subject in the small stadium of the Grand Clos de St-Pryvé-St-Mesmin, but the qualification is not stolen for the club of N2, already present at the stage of the round of 16 last year (eliminated by the future winner Rennes).

Indeed, they obtained a penalty at the start of the match, struck too far to the left by striker Fabrice Seidou.

The performance is enough to alarm Toulouse supporters, especially given the ambient anger that accompanies each of their trips.

Saturday evening, the few dozen purple fans will not have even seen the goal of their opponents in the evening: after several shots of firecrackers and smoke, and tearing down of barriers perpetrated by some of them, the police proceeded to evacuate the sports grounds, tear gas to support, noted an AFP photographer.

These events, which occurred at the start of the second period when the score was blank, led the referee and the officials to interrupt the match for about ten minutes.

These events could cause trouble for the TFC if the football authorities decide to take up the matter. Trouble is what also awaits Kombouaré, winner of only two games (for 11 losses) since his arrival in mid-October.
