The US Defense Secretary says he can consider whether to resume training with the ROK based on North Korea's next move. Kim added that Kim should return to the negotiations.

Secretary of State Pompeio also said that North Korea's suspension of nuclear and missile tests was the price of its commitment to stop US-Korea training.

Along with US military reconnaissance work to analyze North Korea's next action, the State Department's report analysis of the National Assembly's plenary session is underway. It was interpreted as a fundamental shift in North Korea's policy.

Therefore, Kalin predicts that North Korea is likely to prepare for a long-term struggle instead of compromise with the United States.
