According to the agency, the girl was taken away by a familiar family with her consent after a quarrel that occurred in the child's family during the New Year's celebration.
“The police handed the girl and woman to the officers of the investigating authorities for further proceedings and making decisions in accordance with the current legislation,” the statement says.
