The Public Prosecution directed the accused to commit a felony of intentional killing, but he denied his intent to kill his (Lebanese) girlfriend, after celebrating with her in her apartment in Sport City in Dubai, and he said before the criminal court that a verbal altercation occurred between them, and then slapped him on the face, so he was mad because of his abuse A large amount of alcoholic beverages, and he assaulted her in turn, then offered to take her to the hospital when he saw blood bleeding from her nose but she refused, so he left the apartment and found out her death later.
A security guard at the building, which witnessed the crime, reported in the investigations of the Public Prosecution, that he was at work at 3:30 a.m., when he saw the accused exiting the building carrying two bags, and given that he was clearly drunk, one of them fell from it and its contents were scattered, The guard rushed to him, but the accused refused to help him, and he personally collected the contents of the bag, which was a shampoo and soap.
The guard said that he asked him about the location of his car, so he told him that she was in a nearby building, so he contacted the guard of that building and informed him that the accused was on his way, and he did not appear to be in a normal state until he took his care, and made sure that he left safely, but the defendant returned within 10 minutes and asked him to open the building door because he He forgot an item in his girlfriend's apartment, and the guard later learned that a murder occurred in the apartment, and that the accused was involved in it.
For its part, a witness (the friend of the victim - a Lebanese) said that the victim was absent from her work the morning after the crime, and her manager repeatedly tried to contact her without success, so he resorted to her friend who tried to contact her as well but did not respond, and she contacted the victim's sister in A Gulf state asks about it, so the latter told her that she did not answer, so she decided to go to the apartment and found the door open, and did not notice anything strange until I reached the bedroom, where she found her half naked so she screamed and went out of the apartment to seek help and ask for ambulance and police.
The forensic report revealed that the victim was not under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and that the injuries she suffered were very violent, because the front bones are strong and difficult to break with a slight blow as the defendant claims.
