Lebanon's security officials have announced that Carlos Ghosn, the former chairman of Nissan Motor, was barred from traveling abroad on bail conditions and said, "We are legal and do not need to take any legal action." And officially acknowledged that he had entered Lebanon.

Lebanese security officials on Tuesday announced that they were "legally in Beirut. No legal action is required" and officially acknowledged their arrival on the 30th.

According to Lebanese security officials, a suspected former Ghosn arrived in Beirut by private jet from the transit point of Turkey. At that time, there was no Ghosn's name on the passenger list, but upon entry, a French passport with the name of Ghosn was presented.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Lebanon said in a statement that "I do not know in what circumstances Mr. Ghosn left Japan and entered Lebanon."

Japan and Lebanon have not concluded a treaty regarding the surrender of the suspect, and it is unclear whether Lebanese cooperation will be obtained even if Japan seeks surrender.
