Among the politicians, in particular, the leaders of Turkey, the United States and France, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Donald Trump and Emmanuel Macron, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, Chinese President Xi Jinping, former US President Barack Obama, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and heir Prince of Saudi Arabia Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud.

In addition, the list included the former CIA and National Security Agency agent Edward Snowden, the leader of mass protests in Hong Kong Joshua Wong, the former director of the Moscow anti-doping laboratory Grigory Rodchenkov.

In April, the American Time magazine published a list of the 100 most influential people in 2019.
