The US embassy in Ukraine condemned the launch of train traffic on the Crimean bridge, saying that such actions by Russia "demonstrate a blatant disrespect for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine."

“Another position from the US should not be expected. This is explained by elementary envy of Russia, which demonstrated to the whole world the ability to independently implement such a large-scale project without any outside help, ”RIA Novosti quoted Molokhov as saying.

According to him, the bridge was built under the conditions of sanctions, which "Western countries so sought to restrain the development of Russia."

Earlier it was reported that the first passenger double-decker train from Moscow arrived at Simferopol station, which passed along the Crimean bridge.
