The Sharjah Misdemeanor Court has examined the case of Asian visitors accused of possession of alcoholic beverages for the purpose of trafficking in them, as they displayed it in the public street to passers-by in one of the emirate's regions, to sell them to them illegally.

A communication received by the operating room on December 11, stating that there are two people selling alcoholic beverages in the Rolla area in Sharjah, on the main road to the visitors of the area, in exchange for sums of money, and accordingly, the investigation teams and the concerned teams moved to the communication site, and in fact the communication was verified and The arrest of the defendants, and with their investigation it was found that they entered the country through a visit visa, and they confessed to selling alcoholic drinks to the public and passers-by, to collect the largest amount of money before they left the state, and accordingly they were referred to the Public Prosecution and the court, to complete the legal procedures against them.

The court confronted the defendants with the charges against them, and they confessed to selling and possessing alcoholic beverages with a view to trafficking them, and they demanded clemency and mercy during their trials.

The court decided to reserve the case for judgment in the December 31 session.
