Aldar stated - during a conference organized yesterday at the headquarters of the Emirates Red Crescent Foundation in Abu Dhabi, to announce the results of the initiative, and to honor the strategic partners - that the distribution of nationalities that interacted with the document included 13 nationalities from the Oceania region, 48 from Asia, the same from Europe, and 53 from Africa, And 11 from South America, in addition to 27 from North America, explaining that 68% of those who interacted with the document were men, with a total of 678 thousand and 835, compared to 32% of women with a total of 321 thousand and 165, while the proportion of those interacting with the document from within the state was 72 %, With a total of 720,408 people, compared to 28% from outside the country, with a total of 279,000 And 592 people.
In her speech during the conference, the Director General of Zayed House for Islamic Culture, Dr. Nidal Al Tunaiji, affirmed that the House worked to contribute to achieving the visions of the nation’s leaders for the year of tolerance 2019, by launching a set of programs and initiatives and implementing a package of activities, events and lectures on tolerance; to achieve value The actual social responsibility in instilling and promoting the values of tolerance, spreading a culture of coexistence with and respecting others, and ensuring a pioneering value in sustaining tolerance, which was represented in the “Million Tolerant Document” initiative, as it is a global societal human initiative that targeted all segments of society from within the country. She explained that the document exceeded "The Million Tolerant" on the fifth of last November, in which 200 different nationalities participated inside and outside the country, 116 governmental and private institutions, universities, and 256 government and private schools in the country, and 80 leaders and influential figures in society participated in the document. In addition to the existence of the document in 10 local and international forums, inviting the target audience and involving it in the document.
