“The fee for incoming calls in roaming in the Union State should be abolished within 6 months after that, that is, no later than September 2020,” Novikova quotes TASS.
According to him, by this moment “all technical, organizational and other measures must be completed to ensure the correct routing and charging of roaming calls.”
In November, the deputy head of the Ministry of Communications of Russia, Mikhail Mamonov, in an interview with Rossiyskaya Gazeta, said that the positions of the relevant departments of Russia and Belarus on the issue of canceling roaming in the Union State were significantly closer.
