"It's milk, yes," admits Ismael Araguás, who has replaced Demetrio as a 'commercial' lottery for Salou Beach. "I, like him, start selling in August, on the beach. The Cachirulo, an Aragonese redoubt of jotas and rondalla in the middle of Tarragona, became a serious thing in Reus, but for years that "the thing is going down," says Ismael, a native of Aínsa (Huesca).
