Dubai Community Development Authority revealed the launch of the smart application for automating the application for the service of incubating children of unknown descent, which will enable families wishing to incubate to register and insert the necessary data and information, and start incubation procedures easily and conveniently.
The application is among the new improvements that the Authority is introducing to the incubation procedures and in line with the new customer’s journey developed by the Yellow Team for the city’s builders, which is concerned with facilitating the customer’s journey to incubation services.
Emirati families wishing to embrace a child, or single Emirati mothers, can register within the smart application or online portal, and submit all documents. The number of families currently on the waiting list in Dubai, registered with the Community Development Authority, is five families.
The director of the Family Synergy Department at the authority, Dr. Abdulaziz Al Hammadi, said that the authority, in its joint efforts with the authorities concerned with the incubation service, launched the smart application to automate the registration process for families, and to facilitate the completion of their requests and papers, to be available within a database that can be consulted by the relevant authorities, In addition to being easily accessible in the event of cooperating with the rest of the Emirates in embracing a child from outside the Emirate of Dubai, and linking it with the Integrated Case Management System, which is the main incubator for social data in the authority.
