This was reported by TASS with reference to the court ruling.

“It is ordered to satisfy the application and dismiss the lawsuit,” the document says.

In late November, Butina filed a petition with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia to voluntarily withdraw her appeal.

Maria Butina was arrested in the United States in July 2018 and sentenced to 18 months in prison for "conspiring to work for a foreign government."

On October 25, she was released from the federal prison in Tallahassee (Florida) and the next day returned to Russia.
