16 December 20194.28 The president of Venezuela, Nicolas Maduro, accuses James Story, an American business representative in the office of the capital Bogotà, of participation in an alleged terrorist plan organized by the opposition, through which it was thought to attack two army barracks and police in the State of Sucre. Maduro reiterated that behind the "conspiracy" are Leopoldo Lopez, leader of refugee opposition in the Spanish embassy in Caracas, and "his subordinate", Juan Guaidò, self-proclaimed interim president of Venezuela.
