“From the time I was appointed to the post of the Commissioner in April 2016, up to the present, more than 140 thousand citizens have been examined, more than 15 thousand citizens have been accepted by the Commissioner and the staff at personal receptions,” TASS quoted Moskalkova as saying.

She noted that a significant proportion of appeals “is connected with violation of labor rights of citizens, non-payment of wages”, as well as violation of housing rights of citizens.

Earlier, Moskalkova announced the need to create a register of Russians who need help abroad.
