Tatyana Moskalkova said she sent an appeal to the Ukrainian Ombudsman Dmitry Lubinets about the repatriation of wounded Russian prisoners of war. She added that there has been no reaction from the Ukrainian side yet.
On February 26, she also reported that she had asked Lubinet to help in the repatriated of 24 wounded Russian soldiers in captivity. The Russian Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia said that she is talking about an appeal regarding the return, repatriation and assistance in accelerating prisoner exchanges.
