According to her, we are talking about an appeal regarding the return, repatriation of Russian wounded prisoners of war and assistance in accelerating prisoner exchanges.
“I sent such an appeal to the wounded, and to the prisoners, we constantly discuss these topics in a telephone conversation,” Moskalkova said.
She added that there has been no reaction from the Ukrainian side yet.
On February 26, Moskalkova also reported that she had asked Lubinets to help in the repatriation of 24 wounded Russian soldiers in captivity.
