In the refugee camps in Syria there are still about 60 children with connections to Sweden and the government believes that they will be taken home again.

Incorrect

So far, seven children have returned to Sweden and the Foreign Minister said in an interview in yesterday's News that Sweden is the country that has taken home the most children compared to other EU countries.

But that is not true according to Save the Children and Kurdish sources.

- Data indicates that France has taken home 17 children and several other EU countries have taken home about as many children as Sweden, says Ola Mattson.

"Valid to be correct"

He thinks the minister's statement is surprising.

- These are important tasks and what she says obviously has an opinion-forming effect, and then it must be correct.

Ann Linde answers SVT in writing that according to the information she has available through her channels, Sweden has taken home more children than other countries.
