Gertrud Malmberg is noticeably concerned by the news that it has been confirmed that the missing 17-year-old girl is dead.

- I have long experience of working with people in great sadness and anxiety. But I am also human, and it grabs me too, she says.

Extra open during Friday night

The church in Uddevalla has been open an extra time during the time that the girl has not yet been found. Then came about 20 people.

- They had different feelings and needs. But it feels so good to be there for all people, she says.

The church will have the extra open even on Friday evening between 18 and 20.

- We are here to receive people's different feelings, but will at the same time be responsive to the different needs that exist, says Gertrud Malmberg.

When the church posted on their social media that they are open last time, the congregation received unexpected hearing from people who appreciated the effort, says Gertrud Malmberg.

The pastor: "You want to talk about the pain"

She also says that in times of crisis many people often want to gather and talk about what has happened.

- You want to talk about the pain in not understanding how it can happen, and give words for the pain and anxiety that you feel, she says.
