According to police, the man has targeted older people by approaching them and asking for an address. He should then have developed a map on their walkers and then taken their wallets.
In addition to stealing cash, he must also have made withdrawals with the persons' bank cards.
- Aging crimes are of a different nature, but unfortunately they are not uncommon. They usually focus entirely on older people - preferably over eighty years, says police spokesman Stefan Gustafsson.
The man is active in large parts of southern Sweden and now the police are appealing for the public's tips.
