The Russian ambassador noted that there is currently no information on the detention of Russian children in Iraqi prisons, but the diplomatic mission will continue to monitor this situation.

“None of the Russian children remained in Baghdad,” said Maximov.

Earlier, 32 Russian children from one to nine years old were detained in prisons and shelters in Baghdad from Iraq to Moscow.
