The Paris Stock Exchange closed at a new high since July 2007 Friday (+ 0.65%), supported mainly by the enthusiastic statements of the economic adviser to the White House on trade relations with Beijing.
The CAC 40 index rose by 38.19 points to 5,939.27 points, in a limited trade volume of 3.4 billion euros. The day before, he had finished very slightly (-0.10%).
