According to him, such people should be confident in their need for the country, in obtaining its support and in the ability to achieve success precisely in Russia.
He noted that for this it is necessary to build a convenient, effective mechanism for venture financing of projects, remove barriers to technological regulation, as well as legislative restrictions.
Earlier, Putin called for a multiple increase in the volume and quality of training of specialists in artificial intelligence in the country.
In October, it became known that the president approved the national AI development strategy until 2030.
The Ministry of Economic Development evaluated the readiness of the country's economy for the application of artificial intelligence technology.
