According to him, Kiev needs to achieve success in a number of structural reforms.

He also stressed that negotiations on a new cooperation program are ongoing.
Earlier, Ukrainian Prime Minister Alexei Goncharuk said that Kiev continues to negotiate with the fund regarding a new program.
