“A special plan has been introduced in Moscow aimed at the search and disclosure of the crime,” RIA Novosti quoted the representative of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moscow, Yuri Titov.
On November 2, an unknown opened fire on two men in the west of Moscow. The incident occurred on the street of Academician Anokhin.
As a result of the shooting, men died from their injuries.
Later, the Investigative Committee reported that one of the dead was the head of the center for countering extremism of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ingushetia Ibrahim Eldzharkiev.
