October 27, 2019On the death of Luca Sacchi, killed in Rome on the night between Wednesday and Thursday, there are still many obscure points. The victim's girlfriend, Anastasia Kylemnyk , will be heard again by the investigators.

Meanwhile, Valerio Del Grosso and Paolo Pirino remain in prison, accused of contesting the young man's murder. This was decided by the magistrate in Rome who validated the detention and issued a precautionary custody order in prison. The two 24-year-olds have availed themselves of the right not to reply in front of the magistrate, who also accuses them of robbery, detention and abusive port of arms. "He apologized for what happened. He didn't want to kill anyone," Del Grosso's lawyer said. While Pirino would have said he didn't know the accomplice had a gun and that he was there just for the robbery.

The contours of the story are all to be clarified because on the investigators' table there are still too many questions to be answered. It remains to be understood exactly why in that pink backpack carried by Anastasia, the victim's girlfriend, there were, as emerges from the investigation, over two thousand euros. The girl, who is an eyewitness to the crime, would therefore be targeted by robbers who would have hit her on the head with a baseball bat. Then Luca's reaction, which put one of the two on the ground before he was shot in the head and wounded him to death.

It now seems certain that behind the episode there is the drug trade by the couple. And that big amount of money the girl had in her backpack may have pushed the two to snatch it. For this reason we are evaluating some testimonies and in particular those of characters that probably revolve around the shop in the Tuscolano area.

Testimonials show that the two arrested had a 'network' and that they had been 'contacted' for drug purchases. And it emerges that the detainees had such accomplices, according to the prosecutor's office, that they could allow them to escape. The investigators also reconstructed those moments.

Pirino going to his girlfriend's house. The other, Del Grosso, who goes to pick up his partner and takes refuge in a residence. "We had a fight, he told me 'a casino happened, I shot a person in the head": the woman tells the investigators. The two were then traced. They both have precedents: Del Grosso for the ex-barrel, Pirino for drugs. The car they ran off with, a white Smart, was seized.

The weapon used to strike Sacchi to death has not yet been found while in a field on the outskirts of the capital the baseball bat with which the attackers struck Anastasia was identified. In relation to them, for the time being, in addition to the crime of homicide, those of aggravated robbery and detention and the abusive port of a common shotgun are contested.
