The Sharjah Criminal Court has tried a case in which three Asians were charged with stabbing an African, following a fight.

One of the defendants stabbed the victim three times, and fled, while the victim was taken to hospital but died.

The court heard the witnesses in the case, where the first witness confirmed that his role was the arrest of one of the defendants, based on a report of a murder that occurred in the industrial area of ​​Sajaa, where the defendant, after his arrest and interrogation and questioning, that with others, including the second defendant, assaulted the victim on him.

He added: `` The first defendant confessed that the second defendant stabbed the victim, '' adding that the defendant acknowledged that the reason for the dispute and quarrel was because of commercial competition.He pointed out that he asked the second defendant about his stabbing the victim, and confessed to stabbing stabbing after the assault with the other defendants.

The second witness confirmed that he participated in the arrest of the second accused, and heard him say that he stabbed the victim three stab wounds.

The first defendant said he was under the influence of alcoholic beverages and quarreled with the victim, but did not use the knife, while the second and third defendants denied being in the scene at the time of the quarrel.

The delegate attended the victim's country consulate and requested a copy of the victim's passport so that he could infer the data of the parents and relatives to know their demands.

In turn, the Public Prosecution requested the conviction of the defendants, while the court decided to postpone the case to the date of November 24, to inquire the parents of blood to know their requests.
