The United Arab Emirates (UAE), represented by its humanitarian arm, has flown a new food aid convoy to the Al-Tahita Directorate in Al Hudaydah governorate as part of its ongoing relief program for the poor along the west coast of Yemen.

The aid included food baskets that benefited more than 1000 families spread over four villages in the Al-Majilis area south of Al-Tahita, which, like other areas of the West Coast, is of interest to the UAE, especially the education and health sectors, in addition to food assistance to alleviate the suffering of Yemeni citizens and normalize their lives.

For their part, the beneficiaries expressed their thanks to the UAE, which continues to assist the Yemeni people in general as part of the march of good and giving under the guidance of the wise leadership.
