According to Stanislav Zas, State Secretary of the Security Council of Belarus, the Pabrade training ground “literally 15 km” from the border with Belarus was chosen as the location for US units arriving in Lithuania.
According to him, primarily tank units of the United States arrived at the training ground. Zas added that in any state, such steps are being worked out in response.
“And the head of state set the task to the State Secretariat and the Ministry of Defense to make proposals to respond to this fact,” BelTA quotes him.
The Secretary of the Belarusian Security Council noted that Lukashenko will be informed about the prepared proposals at the beginning of next week.
Earlier, Lukashenko called the upcoming NATO exercises in Europe incomprehensible.
