According to what is learned, the man - who had gone to visit some relatives in an agricultural land in via Lunano, in Corcolle - after lunch, around 4.30pm, decided to take their baby to see the newborn piglets, when the tragedy is consumatala. It is not clear whether the sow attacked the man or child first. The 50 year old would have tried to defend the child with all his strength. Then the desperate screams attracted the attention of the compatriots with whom they had spent the day. Relief efforts were thus activated. When they arrived for the man there was nothing left to do. The child was urgently red coded to the hospital.
At the moment, according to what has been learned, other people's responsibilities in the tragedy would be excluded.
