The Fujairah Criminal Court has begun hearing the case of two Asians accused of deliberately killing their friend on a farm belonging to the sponsor of the first defendant and burying him in the Sakkam area.

According to the case papers, the defendants lured the victim to a farm in the Sakmakm area and handcuffed him in one of the rooms, beat him and robbed him forcibly.

The defendants killed the victim by suffocation in his hands until he died and buried him in a sheep farm on the farm.

They denied all the charges against them, namely the charge of kidnapping, restricting freedom, stealing and premeditated murder, and hiding his body.

The tribunal faced the defendants with their confessions in front of the police station and the Public Prosecution and re-represent the crime in cooperation with the police and security authorities, but they denied it, adding that they did not do any of that.

Asked about the nature of the defendants' relationship with the victim, the first defendant said he knew him while working in Dubai, while the second denied knowing the victim, pointing out that he had never seen him before.

The panel postponed the verdict in the case until the witnesses, three policemen who disclosed details of the case, were summoned to face the defendants.
