Yemeni Foreign Minister Mohammad al-Hadrami said the UAE-backed transitional council was rebellious and that the UAE warplanes bombed the Yemeni army when it confronted the council, adding that Iran was a sponsor of terrorism.

In his speech to the UN General Assembly, Al-Hadhrami added that the transitional council rebelled against the Yemeni headquarters in Aden, and that the Yemeni army was subjected to severe military strikes from the UAE aviation, which was a deviation from the objectives of the Alliance to support legitimacy in Yemen.

The Yemeni minister described Iran as the world's leading sponsor of terrorism and said the Houthi militia destroyed everything in Yemen.

However, Al-Hadrami expressed his country's appreciation for the support of Saudi Arabia, which leads the coalition, stressing that Yemen was able "with the sacrifices of the resistance and support our brothers to rein in the madness of the Houthi militias that destroyed everything beautiful in Yemen," according to the Yemeni news agency "Saba" of the Yemeni government in Aden.

The Yemeni foreign minister also praised the role of donor friends and brothers who stood with Yemen in a time of hardship and helped alleviate the burden of the humanitarian crisis by supporting humanitarian response plans or providing direct assistance.

Yemeni Transport Minister Saleh al-Jibwani said earlier that his government had all the signs and names on the UAE's relationship with al Qaeda and the Islamic State to strike army reinforcements in Shabwa and Abyan.

Al-Jibwani added in a tweet on Twitter that Abu Dhabi used what he described as terrorists to hit the reinforcements of the Yemeni army on the road to Shabwa Abyan. ".

The conflict between the Yemeni government and the UAE has recently escalated following the takeover of southern Yemen by the UAE-backed Transitional Council forces.

The United Arab Emirates has launched air strikes against government forces in the cities of Aden and Abyan at the end of last month, leaving dozens of dead and wounded, while the UAE said it targeted elements of "terrorist".

In the context, a number of members of the Yemeni community residing in the United States organized a demonstration in front of the United Nations in New York to reject the practices of the Saudi-Emirati coalition in Yemen.

The participants chanted slogans condemning what they called the massacres committed by the coalition against the Yemeni people, and blamed the Saudi-UAE coalition for the deaths of a large number of Yemeni civilians.
