In July 2018, an employee of the Central Research Institute of Computer Science Viktor Kudryavtsev was arrested in the case of treason. The lawyer said that Kudryavtsev was accused of transferring classified data to an institute in Belgium.
In early June, the court arrested another scientist for two months - Roman Kovalev - in the case of high treason.
