The Paris Stock Exchange ended sharply down Monday (-1.05%), weakened by indicators of activity in the euro area weaker than expected that raise questions about the strength of the economy.

The CAC 40 index lost 60.02 points to 5.630,76 points, in an average trade volume of 3.3 billion euros. Friday, the Parisian coast had finished at a new high annual (+ 0.56%), closing four consecutive sessions in the green.
