According to Toyohisa Kozuki, the Japanese ambassador to Russia, this will be Motegi’s first meeting with Lavrov.

He noted that the agreement on the meeting is on September 25th.
Earlier Motegi said he expects to discuss a peace treaty with Lavrov.
