It is in Danish Albertslund that the Viking bridge has been built. It is a historical site, where previously found remains from settlements from the era. Here was also a bridge, which is said to be erected by the Danish king Harald Blåtand.

Martin "E-Type" Eriksson, who is a big Viking fan, is curious about the project, and would also like to see that ancient buildings were recreated in Sweden.

- Why not recreate Tingstäde swamp and have a market there? It would be hugely popular, he says.

Tingstäde Swamp is a lake on Gotland, where a large floating timber platform was erected in the 1120s, with buildings on it. Remains from the building have been found at the bottom of the lake.
