The electoral propaganda of candidates for the FNC elections began on the pages of Social Media in the first minute after 12:00 pm yesterday, with the start of the election campaign period, as the candidates sought to use every minute to publish their electoral campaign.

The UAE Today monitored the posting of candidates through their videos on social media sites, starting from the first minute, focusing on the issues of education, Emiratisation and health, being the most interesting issues for citizens.

Mariam Abdullah Saeed al-Shehhi said that her electoral program is based on basic themes, most notably education, health, youth and society.

She explained that if elected, she will focus on the absence of the issue of youth resettlement, the absence of jobs and the challenges faced by female citizens in resettlement, in addition to the resettlement policy, the strategic plan for resettling young people, and creating job opportunities for them in government and private institutions, to follow up with the competent authorities, within specific time frames. .

With regard to the axis of education, she pointed out that the educational field suffers from great challenges, including the reluctance of the citizen to teach, stressing the need to work to find appropriate solutions for the return of the cadre of national education.

She added that education is an important criterion and pillars in building the country, and that it will seek to provide initiatives and proposals for the development and promotion of education staff Emirati, to keep pace with economic and educational developments in various fields.

Al-Shehhi said that she will discuss the role of the Ministry of Health in developing qualified cadres in hospitals, providing health care to senior citizens, especially home care, and providing health insurance to the segments of society, especially divorced and widowed women.

For his part, the candidate Walid Shiban Al-Habsi, he will seek to provide a plan for the development of education in line with the changes of the age and the specificity of society, pointing to the need to expand in vocational and university education, and linking the outputs of higher education to the labor market, and to consider some practices applied by the Ministry of Education on Schools and teachers. He added that the focus of health focuses on the importance of developing health facilities to improve the services provided to patients, pointing to the need to create a federal health authority to provide hospitals with advanced medical equipment, management and operation of government hospitals, in addition to creating a unified system for the transfer of patients between federal and local state hospitals.

The candidate, Saif Ali Mohammed Al Shehhi, said that Emiratisation is one of the most important issues that concern the UAE public opinion. He pointed out that the active resettlement of young people in the public and private sectors contributes to the empowerment of young people and qualify them to be able to prove their presence in the labor market, and dealing with technology and artificial intelligence.

Al-Shehhi stated that education and scientific research are essential to building society.
