An explosion occurred in a mine in the DPR

This was reported by the Donetsk News Agency, citing the press service of the Ministry of Coal and Energy of the self-proclaimed DPR.

“Today, around 9:30, an explosion occurred on the territory of the Skochinsky mine. The explosion occurred on the surface - in a vacant lot, which is not involved in production. One person died - an employee of the mine, ”the press service said.

Law enforcement officers and rescuers work on the spot. The causes of the explosion are being established.

Earlier, the People’s Militia of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic reported that Ukrainian troops fired mortars at the outskirts of Gorlovka.
