The Sharjah Criminal Court has tried a case in which an Asian national was accused of falsifying official documents.

The defendant began issuing forged permits issued by a government authority to practice the company for 500 dirhams, without the owner's knowledge that they were forged. During a visit by an inspector of Sharjah Municipality, it was clear that all permits were forged. What made the inspector inform the incident, and in turn the police seized the perpetrators, investigated them and referred them to the judiciary.

The court heard the complainant, who works for the same company, which issued the statements. The court confronted the defendant with the charges against him.He denied the charge and admitted that he was sending permits through WhatsApp application. He receives 500 dirhams for each permit, and does not know how many, noting that he did not know that it was forged and was taking it from his sponsor.

In turn, the court postponed the case until September 29, to present the defense, with the continued detention of the accused.
