Lobachevsky at Kazan Federal University Ildar Gainullin, graduate of the Presidential Physics and Mathematics Lyceum No. 239 in St. Petersburg Alexander Morozov, a graduate of the Moscow State University Specialized Training and Scientific Center Vladimir Romanov and 10th grade student of the Moscow School of Intellectual Egor Lifar.

According to the agency, four gold medals allowed the Russian team to take first place in the medal standings and get ahead of teams from the United States and China, which were in second and third places, respectively.

It is specified that more than 600 students from 88 countries and regions took part in the Olympiad. 28 schoolchildren won gold medals at the competitions, 54 won silver medals, 81 participants won bronze medals. The absolute winner of the Olympics was Benjamin Chi, who plays for the US team.
