"At 05:30 (00:30 Moscow time), the federal highway across the Oia River Bridge is closed on July 30," the report indicates.
As previously reported, as of 04:00 on July 30, the water level in the Oia River in Tulun exceeded the critical level of seven meters by 210 cm.
Over 1 thousand people were evacuated in the Irkutsk region due to the continuing rise in the water level in the rivers.
This is the second wave of floods in the region - the first came at the end of June.
